The Role As Account Director, you’ll lead client relationships, oversee campaign execution, and drive strategic growth. You’ll manage a high-performing team, ensuring marketing initiatives run smoothly while identifying new opportunities. Key to success is your ability to build strong client partnerships, lead a team, and optimise marketing strategies. You’ll work across digital and traditional media, liaise with industry partners, and provide insights that enhance performance.
What You’ll Need:
- 6+ years in account management, client service, or marketing, ideally in property or real estate marketing.
- Proven team leadership experience, with a focus on mentorship and professional development.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, building trust with clients and partners.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with digital marketing, campaign management tools, and media planning is a plus.
