With a combined 7M+ subscribers and 3B+ views on YouTube they are backed by Screen Australia and Epic Games, and they’re redefining online animation with bold storytelling, a massive fanbase, and an ever-growing global presence.


The Role
As Brand Manager, you’ll lead one of two key brands, driving marketing, content, and product campaigns that resonate with digital audiences. This isn’t just about strategy—it’s about knowing the internet inside out. If you’re fluent in Gen Z trends, viral memes, gaming culture, and online fandoms, we want to hear from you.
This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in the office at a central Sydney location with free parking on-site.


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop & execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for new series, merchandise, live events, and more.
  • Shape the brand voice, ensuring all content aligns with Glitch’s unique identity.
  • Analyse & optimise campaign performance for maximum engagement and ROI.
  • Lead a creative team, overseeing marketing materials, promotional content, and community engagement.
  • Advise the exec team on brand strategy and growth opportunities.

What You Bring:

  • Deep knowledge of gaming, anime, and internet culture (if you don’t know the latest memes, this isn’t for you).
  • Experience in marketing, branding, or producing for animation, gaming, online video, or entertainment.
  • A creative, strategic mindset with strong storytelling instincts.
  • Ability to manage teams, juggle multiple projects, and execute with precision.
  • Strong analytical skills—turning insights into action.
  • Skills in photography, video editing, animation, graphic design, 2D/3D art, or content creation are a plus.
