Our client, a leading financial institution are on the lookout for an experienced Scrum Master to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a experienced Scrum Master keen to contribute to not only the transformation and digitalisation of their Payments capabilities, but also the growth and continuous improvement of how they deliver new features across the release train.
As a Payments Train Scrum Master, you will work with their teams to ensure smooth delivery of prioritised features and platform change demand. You will facilitate effective team ceremonies including stand ups, sprint planning, showcases and retrospectives. You will use data and metrics effectively to improve the performance of the team, facilitate team estimations and planning sessions and effectively manage delivery related risks, issues and cross team dependencies. You will coach your teams to higher performance and drive continuous improvement activities. This role will sit within the Trains extended leadership team and will also have broader responsibilities across the Release Train supporting Train wide continuous improvement and ongoing operational activities.
You will bring to this role experience in technical feature delivery using Scrum/Kanban and will require strong multi-level stakeholder and relationship management skills. As a Scrum Master you will need to have excellent organisational skills, highly proficient in the use of JIRA, and will have experience in driving operational change improvements across a Release Train.
They are looking for a senior Scrum Master with a proven track record in successfully working and collaborating across multiple teams, as well as be a natural problem solver with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferably, you will have sound Payments domain knowledge with experience in delivering Payment related capabilities although this is not essential.
