Senior Product Designer – Digital Banking
We’re partnering with a leading financial services organisation to hire a Senior Product Designer to help shape and deliver the future of digital banking experiences across desktop and mobile platforms.
Working within a Research and Design team, this role will play an important part in defining and delivering exceptional customer experiences across core banking journeys. Reporting to the Design Lead, you’ll help elevate design standards and bring thoughtful, user-centred solutions to complex financial products.
You’ll be responsible for crafting intuitive UX/UI solutions, leading design thinking and discovery activities, and collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers and Business Analysts to solve real customer problems. The role also involves facilitating workshops, driving ideation and iteration, and translating customer insights into compelling design outcomes.
This is an opportunity to work on high-impact digital products used by large customer bases, contributing to both the strategy and delivery of customer-led digital experiences.

- Strong experience designing mobile, web and desktop digital products
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end design across the full user-centred design process, including research, prototyping, testing and iteration
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UX and UI work, particularly within complex digital products
- Experience conducting UX research and translating insights into design solutions
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
