Email Marketing Specialist

Overview:
Email Marketing Specialists develop, execute, and optimise email campaigns to engage customers, drive conversions, and enhance brand loyalty. They focus on segmentation, personalisation, and automation to ensure maximum campaign performance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns
  • Develop personalised and automated email workflows based on user behaviour
  • Write compelling email copy and collaborate with designers to create visually engaging templates
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and CTAs to improve open and click-through rates
  • Monitor key email metrics such as deliverability, bounce rates, and conversions
  • Ensure email campaigns are GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliant
  • Integrate email marketing efforts with broader CRM and retention strategies

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Marketo
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and email personalisation techniques
  • Excellent copywriting and campaign optimisation skills
  • Ability to analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights
