Influencer Marketing Manager

Overview:
Influencer Marketing Managers build and maintain partnerships with content creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. They develop influencer strategies that align with business objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish relationships with influencers that align with the brand’s target audience
  • Develop influencer outreach strategies to maximise brand exposure and engagement
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and campaign budgets with influencers
  • Oversee content creation, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives
  • Track and analyse influencer campaign performance, measuring metrics like reach, engagement, and conversion rates
  • Stay updated on influencer marketing trends and emerging social media personalities

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or PR
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Understanding of influencer platforms such as TikTok Creator Marketplace, Upfluence, or Aspire
