Overview:
Service Delivery Managers ensure the effective delivery of services to clients while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and service expectations
  • Monitor service performance and implement improvements
  • Coordinate service delivery teams
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and contractual agreements
  • Handle incident and problem management processes

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in service management or client relations
  • ITIL certification is a plus
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage complex service environments
