We were engaged to build a new Conversational AI capability, transforming how customers interact across web, app, and voice channels.


Working with design, product, and engineering leadership, we assembled a cross-functional team including a Lead Conversational Designer, Service Designer, and AI Interaction Specialist.


Together they are designing, testing, and operationalising context-aware, human-centred experiences powered by natural-language models. Three Brightbox contractors remain embedded in active delivery squads.

Machine Learning & Cyber Risk Modernisation – Major Australian Bank

Partnered with a top-tier bank to support both a machine-learning platform expansion and a cyber risk uplift program across retail banking.


We delivered end-to-end recruitment for Product Owners, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Cybersecurity Leads, enabling advanced fraud detection, risk scoring, and predictive analytics.


This program embedded AI-driven decisioning into core banking processes while strengthening CPS 234 compliance via advanced threat detection.

AI-Enhanced Sales Optimisation & Design Build – Health Insurance Provider

Retained to build a Digital Sales Performance team driving AI-powered personalisation and bottom-of-funnel optimisation.


We placed CRO Specialists, Digital Analysts, Experimentation Managers, and Growth Product Managers, integrating predictive modelling and personalisation into sales journeys for measurable uplift.


Over 24 months we also scaled their design capability, embedding 20–30 designers across design systems, service design, and conversational AI, helping establish a best-in-class digital design function.

Accessibility & Security Innovation - Telecommunications Leader

Partnered with a national telecoms provider to staff a dual-stream innovation program spanning AI accessibility and next-generation cybersecurity.


On the accessibility front, we recruited Inclusive Designers, Accessibility Innovation Leads, and Front-End Engineers to extend AI-enabled assistive technology and IoT integration.


In parallel, we secured Security Architects, Cloud Security Engineers, and Threat Intelligence Analysts to embed zero-trust principles and AI anomaly detection across the 5G network ecosystem.

Agentic AI Workflow Automation - Confidential Client

Engaged to build a specialist team for a greenfield Agentic AI program, enabling autonomous digital agents to execute multi-step workflows without human intervention.

We placed AI Agent Engineers, LLM Optimisation Specialists, Prompt Architects, and Product Managers to design, deploy, and govern intelligent systems orchestrating end-to-end business processes across sales and operations.

The program delivered major efficiency gains, integrating with enterprise systems and freeing teams to focus on higher-value strategic work.
