Account Director

Overview:
Account Directors oversee key client relationships and high-value accounts, ensuring that strategic initiatives align with business objectives. They act as senior advisors to clients while managing account teams.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop long-term strategies to maintain and grow key accounts
  • Oversee account teams and ensure client satisfaction across multiple touchpoints
  • Lead high-level client meetings, presentations, and strategic planning sessions
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth
  • Monitor account performance, ensuring that KPIs and contractual obligations are met
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex client concerns
  • Stay informed on industry trends to provide strategic insights to clients
