Overview:
Account Managers serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service and value from a company’s products or services. They focus on relationship management, client satisfaction, and account growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client business objectives and aligning services to their needs
- Monitor and analyse account performance, providing recommendations for optimisations
- Identify opportunities for account expansion through upselling or cross-selling additional products/services
- Act as a liaison between internal teams (marketing, product, customer support) and the client
- Conduct regular client meetings and provide performance reports
- Address client concerns and proactively resolve issues to ensure continued satisfaction
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in account management, customer success, or business development
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Ability to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk
