Account Manager

Overview:
Account Managers serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service and value from a company’s products or services. They focus on relationship management, client satisfaction, and account growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client business objectives and aligning services to their needs
  • Monitor and analyse account performance, providing recommendations for optimisations
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion through upselling or cross-selling additional products/services
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams (marketing, product, customer support) and the client
  • Conduct regular client meetings and provide performance reports
  • Address client concerns and proactively resolve issues to ensure continued satisfaction

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in account management, customer success, or business development
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk
