Affiliate Marketing Manager

Overview:
Affiliate Marketing Managers are responsible for developing and managing relationships with affiliate partners to drive incremental revenue. They oversee affiliate networks, track performance, and ensure campaigns align with business goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an affiliate marketing strategy to grow revenue
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with affiliate partners
  • Negotiate commission structures and incentives to drive performance
  • Track affiliate sales and analyse performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Optimise partner campaigns to ensure maximum ROI
  • Work closely with digital marketing, SEO, and content teams to align strategies
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of affiliate marketing developments

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in affiliate marketing, digital partnerships, or performance marketing
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in affiliate tracking platforms like Impact, CJ Affiliate, or Rakuten
