Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement network and server infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and availability
- Manage backups, disaster recovery, and security protocols
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Collaborate with IT teams to support business operations
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in system administration (Windows, Linux)
- Experience with networking protocols and hardware
- Knowledge of virtualisation technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix)
