Overview:
Marketing Managers lead and oversee marketing initiatives, ensuring that campaigns align with business objectives, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth. They manage teams, budgets, and multi-channel marketing strategies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels
  • Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources, and track ROI on campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to create compelling marketing strategies
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to refine marketing strategies
  • Lead a team of marketers, providing direction, mentorship, and performance feedback
  • Track and report on campaign performance, leveraging analytics to optimise efforts

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in multi-channel marketing, brand strategy, and campaign execution
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or SEMrush
