Paid Media Specialist

Overview:
Paid Media Specialists manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms to maximise return on ad spend (ROAS) and drive business growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms
  • Optimise ad performance through audience segmentation, bid adjustments, and creative testing
  • Manage ad budgets effectively to maximise conversions while maintaining cost efficiency
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPC, CPA, and ROAS
  • Work closely with content and creative teams to ensure ad messaging aligns with brand voice

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to optimise campaigns based on performance data
