Overview:
Paid Media Specialists manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms to maximise return on ad spend (ROAS) and drive business growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms
- Optimise ad performance through audience segmentation, bid adjustments, and creative testing
- Manage ad budgets effectively to maximise conversions while maintaining cost efficiency
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPC, CPA, and ROAS
- Work closely with content and creative teams to ensure ad messaging aligns with brand voice
Skills & Qualifications:
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong analytical skills and ability to optimise campaigns based on performance data
