Partnerships Manager

Overview:
Partnerships Managers build and maintain strategic relationships with businesses, brands, affiliates, and influencers to drive revenue and brand growth. They identify new partnership opportunities and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate partnerships with brands, influencers, and strategic business partners
  • Develop partnership strategies that align with company goals and growth objectives
  • Negotiate contracts, commission structures, and collaboration terms
  • Track partnership performance using key metrics such as engagement, lead generation, and sales attribution
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for collaboration
  • Foster long-term relationships to maximise the value of partnerships

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to identify and evaluate high-value partnership opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM and partnership management tools
