Overview:
UX Designers focus on enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and interaction of digital products. They research user behaviour and apply findings to create seamless experiences.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to identify pain points and user needs
- Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Collaborate with UI designers, product managers, and developers
- Test designs through usability studies and adjust based on feedback
- Develop personas and customer journey maps
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate their feedback
- Stay updated on UX trends and best practices
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UX Designer
- Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with front-end development is advantageous
- Experience working within agile teams
