Overview:
UX Researchers conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behaviours, needs, and motivations, providing actionable insights to inform design decisions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests
- Analyse research data to identify user pain points
- Create research reports and present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with designers and product teams to implement insights
- Use tools like eye-tracking and heat maps to enhance research depth
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in UX research methods and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate research findings into design recommendations
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
