We’re partnering with a large-scale Australian organisation currently undergoing a major technology and operational transformation program, and they’re looking for an experienced Portfolio Product Manager to help shape the future direction of a critical product portfolio.
This is a senior leadership role sitting across a complex ecosystem of products, platforms, stakeholders, and delivery teams. The position will focus on defining portfolio strategy, driving product investment decisions, uplifting product capability, and ensuring technology initiatives are aligned to broader business and customer outcomes.
Leading a small team of Product Managers while partnering closely with Engineering, Delivery, Architecture, Design, and business leadership, you’ll play a key role in balancing near-term delivery priorities with longer-term strategic capability growth. The role requires someone who is equally comfortable operating strategically with executives as they are coaching teams and shaping product direction day to day.

Experience within healthcare, technology, enterprise platforms, data ecosystems, or highly regulated environments would be highly regarded.
